Data Collection: We collect personal information including, but not limited to, your full name, contact details, passport information, financial documents, photographs, travel history, and other information required for bookings and visa processing.
Information is collected directly from you and, when necessary, from authorized third parties with your consent.
Use of Information: Your personal data and photos may be used to: Process visa applications and travel bookings. Verify your identity and submit documents. Communicate updates and service-related information. Process payments and issue receipts. Comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Improve our services. Send marketing communications (you may opt out at any time).
We may also use your photos, testimonials, and transaction-related images for marketing materials, promotional content, social media posts, and as proof of legitimate transactions and service delivery.
All personal information will be processed strictly for legitimate business purposes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Disclosure and Data Sharing: Your information may be shared with: Embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers, Airlines, hotels, insurance providers, and other travel suppliers, Courier companies and service providers, Government authorities when legally required.
Some third-party providers may be located outside the Philippines. By engaging our services, you expressly consent to the transfer of your data to such third parties when necessary to fulfill your request.
Data Protection: We implement reasonable organizational, physical, and technical security measures to protect your personal information.
However, while we strive to protect your data, no system is completely secure, and transmission of information online is at your own risk.
We do not sell or lease your personal data to third parties.
Retention: Your information will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law.
Access and Correction: You have the right to request access to or correction of your personal data. Requests may be sent to our designated email address.
VISA ASSISTANCE WAIVER
Authorization and Payment Agreement: I authorize Cherieshed Travel Inc to assist in processing my visa application. I understand that all service fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once paid, regardless of the visa outcome.
In the event of visa refusal and reapplication, new service and visa fees shall apply.
Processing and Passport Handling: I understand that visa processing times vary and are beyond the agency’s control. I agree not to withdraw my passport during processing unless formally requested and acknowledge that doing so may affect my application.
No Guarantee of Visa Issuance: I acknowledge that visa approval or refusal is solely at the discretion of the Embassy or Consulate.
Cherieshed Travel Inc does not guarantee visa approval and shall not be held liable for: Visa denial, Delays in processing, Requests for additional documents, Administrative processing or further verification, Travel losses, missed flights, bookings, or related expenses resulting from visa delays or denial.
Limitations of Liabilities: Cherieshed Travel Inc acts only as an intermediary between the applicant, visa center, and the Embassy/Consulate. The agency shall not be held responsible for decisions made by the Embassy or third-party service providers.
